・The purchase amount must be 5,500 yen (tax-excluded 5,000 yen) or more.

・Must have proof of residence outside Japan for more than 2 years (original "Certificate of Residence" or "Copy of Family Register").
・The proof must include the full address of the permanent domicile.
・Must present a passport with an entry stamp or one of the following permits:

　・Landing Permit for Temporary Refuge
　・Ship's Crew Shore Leave Permit

Note:
・If you use an automated gate upon entry and do not receive an entry stamp in your passport, we cannot process tax-free transactions as we cannot verify the entry date.
・If you plan to make tax-free purchases, please ask the immigration officer for a stamp or seal upon entry.
・Tax-free items must be taken out of Japan within 6 months from the entry date. If not, they will be subject to taxation upon departure.

In-Store Purchase

Bring the items you want to sell along with an ID (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.) to our store.
We offer free appraisals during business hours.

Note: Minors need a consent form from a guardian. After the appraisal, if you agree with the price, we will pay you in cash.

Note: For high-value items, we may transfer the amount to your bank account.

Mail-In Purchase

Contact us with information about the model you want to sell, and we will provide a quote. You can contact us via LINE, Instagram DM, email, or phone.

If you accept the quote, we will cover the shipping cost.
Please send a copy of your ID and ship the items collect on delivery to the address below:
