At Basement Tokyo, we only accept returns and exchanges in the case of shipping errors or initial defects. If this applies to your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Return:

・The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.・The item must be unworn or unused, with tags and any original accessories included.・If the product came in a box, it must be returned in the original box.・You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Acceptable Returns:

Inspection and Notification:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items:

・Used items.・Items that have been worn.・Items damaged due to customer handling.・Items returned after 8 days from the shipment date.・Items that are more than five years old from the production year (these items may be prone to damage upon wear, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges in such cases).

Sale Items:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
