Sneaker Origin Story

こんにちは！BASEMENT TOKYOです！

本日はマニアにはたまらない名作DUNKシリーズ「JORDAN PACK（J PACK）」をご紹介いたします！

DUNK SBでお馴染みの方もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、2006年-2007年にかけて登場したDUNK LOW CLもあり、SBよりさらに作り込まれたモデルになっています。

このシリーズは全10型で登場し、各JORDANシリーズの特徴とカラーが落とし込まれています。

その中で、今回ご紹介するのは「AIR JORDAN 6」モデル。

ベースカラーとなっているのは名作「オリンピック」。

2000年に「AIR JORDAN 6 RETRO+」という名称で登場しました。

同年のシドニーオリンピックにて、RAY ALLEN氏とVIN BAKER氏が着用していたことでも大変有名なモデル。

昨年復刻され、記憶に新しい方もいらっしゃるかと思います。

名作かつ伝説的なカラーではないでしょうか...？

さて、ディテールについて見ていきましょう。

カラーは先述の通り、サイドパネルのパンチングもしっかり再現されています。

（比較参考：AJ6 DMP）

並べてみるとこんな感じ。

元々2000年発売のオリジナルがオーバルシューレースであったことから、こちらのDUNKもしっかりオーバルを採用。

パンチングでオーバルと言えばSBのイメージもありがちですが、あえての通常DUNKというのがまた良いです。

ちなみにシュータンはAJ6のセンターパーツと同じ素材になっており、タンタグをレッドにすることでオリンピックを再現。

（再現するなら白にするべきだと思っていることは内緒です）

このレッドはシンプルに差し色としてもハマっており、モデルの良さをグッと引き上げてくれています。

ちなみに、シュータンをちゃんとAJ6と同様にしているモデルとして、SB DUNK HIGHの「FPAR」があります。

話は逸れましたが、CLシリーズのJ PACKとしてはシンプルながらあくまでDUNKを主体としている本モデル。

今となってはもう見かけることも本当に無くなってきております。
